Customer Service Representative - Insurance

• Starting pay of $21.00/hour, with an additional $1.00/hour for bilingual English/Spanish fluency

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and memberships
• Deliver personalized and proactive solutions while recommending valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
• Resolve issues quickly and critically in a non-scripted environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
• High school diploma or GED
• Must reside within 80 miles of the employer's location

• Spanish fluency is a plus
• A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
