As a Loan and Collections CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and supporting the branch's daily operations. You will work towards achieving performance goals and metrics set by management. This role requires excellent customer service skills (phone and in person), attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset. You will participate in marketing and collection efforts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Post-training, your responsibilities will include recommending and selling financial products, building relationships with current and potential customers, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote customer growth. You must adhere to all policies, maintain accurate cash controls, and ensure security procedures are followed. Accurate data entry and documentation are essential, along with performing collection calls and activities.

This position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and working indoors or outdoors as needed. You should be proficient with computers, POS systems, calculators, and filing systems. Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment is also part of your duties, including cleaning and organizing the workspace.
