Call Center Representative – Roadside Assistance

• Starting pay of $18.85/hour, with scheduled pay increases after 6 months
• Weekend shift differential earning an additional 10%, bringing pay to $20.74/hour
• Additional $1.00/hour for bilingual English/Spanish fluency
• Opportunities for tenure-based growth with pay increases up to $2.25 between 6–18 months

• Handle incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing and minor mechanical issues
• Assess the nature of the member’s distress to ensure immediate safety and document details accurately
• Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment and provide excellent customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy and a strong desire to assist members in distress
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; advanced computer and multi-tasking skills

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
