Onsite Professional Opportunity

Our client has a medical meeting and is requesting a Meeting Professional to assist with on‑site logistics. This is an assistant‑level assignment, where you will be working on‑site alongside the client. The client is requesting someone with experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical meetings, who is proficient with iPad technology and familiar with onsite registration systems and apps. Additionally, the client is looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, excellent customer service, and a friendly, outgoing personality.

• Client requests that you wear ALL BLACK Professional Business Attire

• Client requests that you connect with the venue manager and the client to review the menu and timing.
• Client requests that you set up the registration table, greet and register attendees, and, if there are late or no‑show attendees, use your personal phone to send text messages or make calls to follow up.
• Client requests that you complete a brief meeting recap/survey during your downtime at the event. The recap should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey will be available on an iPad provided by the client at the meeting, so please do not bring your personal iPad or laptop.

• There are no post‑meeting expectations required.
