Do you enjoy connecting with people, staying on your feet, and being part of energetic, memorable events? We’re looking for dependable, upbeat individuals who take pride in helping create exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation$15/hour
ScheduleFlexible, event-based hours (part-time, as needed)
What You’ll DoWorking alongside an Event Manager, you may step into a variety of roles, including:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
- Managing ticket check-in with efficiency and professionalism
- Supporting general event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
No two events are the same—offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every shift brings something new.
A People-First EnvironmentOur events welcome guests of all ages, so comfort interacting with diverse groups is essential. A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional approach will set you up for success.
Be PreparedTo help ensure a seamless event experience, team members should arrive 15–20 minutes prior to their scheduled shift for check-in and preparation.
Dress CodeWe maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times:
- Black pants (no jeans or leggings)
- White long-sleeve button-down shirt
- Black shoes
- Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
