Hourly Rate: $18.00

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health.

They handle a variety of tasks which increase in complexity as their skills progress, primarily handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.

Expect to handle 60-80 calls a day, higher volumes on Mondays.

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Process calls efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate call logs and related documentation.

• Must reside in Missouri and be able to work on-site at the listed address.
• Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
