Summary
As a Student Worker within the Student Success/Financial Services office, individuals in this role provide exceptional customer service by responding to student inquiries related to Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Academic Records via phone and email. This position also assists students in person by answering questions, directing them to appropriate resources, and maintaining a professional and supportive approach when interacting with students, faculty, and staff.
Students in this role will gain valuable experience in customer service, communication, and administrative support while contributing to student success and supporting the operations of the Student Success/Financial Services team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to student inquiries related to Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Academic Records via phone and email
- Assist students in person by answering questions and directing them to appropriate resources
- Maintain a professional and supportive approach when interacting with students, faculty, and staff
