Parking Attendant

We are looking for a Parking Attendant to provide safe, friendly, and convenient parking and valet services to patients, visitors, employees, physicians, and volunteers at Barnes‑Jewish Hospital, part of Washington University Medical Center.

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Work 1 major holiday per year

• Drive, park and return vehicles of patients or visitors according to department parking and valet procedures.
• Notify Security and/or supervisor of unauthorized vehicles, all accidents and suspicious activities within the parking lots and garages.
• Provide parking directions to motorists and partner with Security personnel to direct traffic at the assigned location.
• Assist customers with equipment issues by responding to the customer’s location and troubleshooting equipment problems; notify supervisor or charge if issues cannot be resolved.
• May be assigned duties of Parking Attendant 2 as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
