PRINCIPLE CHOICE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Switchboard Operator to serve as the primary contact for incoming calls to a federal customer. You will operate a multi-line telephone console, route callers to offices, provide directory information, and support emergency notification procedures.
The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong customer-service skills, and experience with VoIP or PBX systems. Must be a U.S. citizen; work may include after-hours coverage and shift work.
