XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team in the United States. You will bill shipments according to tariffs and pricing, assist customers with inquiries, trace shipments, and handle billing questions, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues.
You’ll work a busy day on the load dock, with opportunities to improve processes, communicate with carriers and customers, and use MS Office tools to manage data.
