Airport Terminal Services - - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate to ensure passenger satisfaction;
Handle reservations, preparation, and issuance of tickets and itineraries, and process fares, refunds;
Manage lost and found activities, baggage tracing, and claims for damaged or lost baggage;
Check passenger documents for validity and facilitate accommodations for reservations and standby passengers;
Coordinate with ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors to communicate flight movement and boarding procedures
