What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a primary point of contact for our customers and a key player in our order-to-delivery process. Every day brings something new, and you'll:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms, sharing accurate information about products, pricing, orders, and services.
- Process orders and handle returns, exchanges, and credits, keeping customers updated at every step.
- Resolve questions and concerns professionally, building trust and lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, warehousing, logistics, and suppliers to keep orders moving and issues resolved.
- Track requests, monitor order status, prepare quotes, and follow up to keep customer satisfaction high.
- Jump into special projects and pitch in wherever the team needs you.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business or communications is a plus.
- 2+ years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or purchasing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and clear documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and a love for on-site teamwork.
- Comfort with order management, ERP, or CRM systems, plus an eagerness to learn new tools.
- Bonus points for experience in distribution, manufacturing, packaging, or business-to-business environments (not required).
This full-time role pays $20–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
