Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Special Order 800 Service call center, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the program while at the same time providing the highest level of customer service. Will receive orders for tires from VCS customers nationwide. The position holds the responsibility for ensuring orders placed via email are accurately entered into RMS.
Responsible for verifying and gathering information from VCS customers and notifying service centers of the customers.
