What will you be doing?

Resolve Escalated Customer Issues:
Handle escalated customer compliments and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Support & Mentor Associates:
Provide coaching to improve problem-solving and product knowledge
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Reduce repeat contacts by resolving issues at the first point of interaction
Manage Workflows & Backlogs:
Support incident ticket and email backlogs as needed
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Track trends and provide recommendations on policies and procedures impacting customer experience
