Waterway Carwash is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Corporate Office in Chesterfield, MO. The CSR will deliver outstanding service via email and phone, support loyalty programs, and help drive member engagement.
Responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and assisting Marketing with loyalty initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
