Hire Talent - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone and email for Federal Program Agency (FPA) customers and supplier customers;
Troubleshoot issues preventing access to Treasury applications and assist with granting access after documentation;
Document problems and resolutions in customer relationship management tools;
Support annual user access recertification for Treasury applications;
Process daily audit reports and analyze results to identify constraints and improve processes
