Location: St. Louis
The Gateway Region YMCA is seeking a Membership Service Associate for the Downtown MX YMCA (Administrative). You will greet members, verify guests, and process registrations in the HRIS system while maintaining accurate records at the Welcome Center.
You will support branch membership and program objectives, handle inquiries, solve problems, and work with the Membership Director to meet department goals while promoting a positive, diverse service environment.
