- Serve as the front-line contact for questions & support while providing a positive customer experience
- Manage inbound 800# calls from Field Sales Representatives, Dealers and Customers as well as make outbound calls when needed.
- Create new orders received via phone, email & Salesforce
- Execute and monitor transactions to enable correct delivery and receival of product, accurate billing, as well as monitor backorders
- Check availability and execute allocation requests, including product substitutions and cuts
- Provide transactional support with account reconciliation
- Initiate approval requests to overcome various blocks (pricing, credit set up in system)
- Maximize effectiveness through appropriate system and technology usage while documenting all customer interactions in Customer Relations Management Software ()
- Responsible for achieving expertise in operational processes for Crop Protection
- Stimulate efficiency of order management, support Crop Protection standardization for SAP transactional and support processes
- Execute transactions associated with complaints and returns, including logging, investigating, and resolving requests in the system
