Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC Health Care, is seeking a Call Center Representative in the Operator Services department on our Washington University Medical Center campus. You will provide professional, courteous customer service to patients, families and staff, directing inquiries and paging as needed.
The schedule requires 40 hours weekly, 3:30 pm–12:00 am, with every other weekend, mandatory overtime, and work on three major holidays. Training on days/evenings/overnights is available.
