Overview
Our agency is currently looking for a highly motivated and positive professional to work on our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Our CSRs help with phones, customer inquiries, and quoting. You can earn commissions above your normal pay. Hours are Monday-Friday 9A-5P with weekends and holidays off.
No insurance experience necessary. Property and Casualty licenses required.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
