Full-Time Concierge

The Gatesworth — named a U.S. News & World Report Best Independent Living Community for 2026 — is hiring a full-time Concierge to be the welcoming face of our luxury senior living community. Schedule:

Full-Time- 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | Weekend/evening flexibility required

Wage: $16.00/hr.

This is an active, fast-paced role requiring extensive walking and frequent standing throughout your shift.

• Provide door attendant services and greet residents, guests, and vendors
• Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment
• Perform valet parking
• Escort residents and guests throughout the property
• Walk dogs as requested
• Perform keyholder duties for residents as requested
• Staff the security desk — determine nature of business and direct visitors
• Provide basic tech support (cell phones, laptops, general troubleshooting)
• Lift/carry items up to 50 lbs as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Basic technology proficiency
• Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk frequently throughout the property
