We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in St Louis, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
• Contributing to creating a positive customer experience through friendly and professional interactions

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
