Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and taking orders over the phone and in person
• Preparing and making pizzas according to customer specifications
• Processing cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the ordering and pickup process
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Assisting with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 lbs

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
