Client Services Manager

In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Advisors and Partners in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
• Researching unique and complex situations as they arise
• Establishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors
• Coordinating account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
• Populating and maintaining systems data and client files
• Verifying client account cash balances, generating and reviewing monthly available cash report
• Remaining well-informed of financial markets, global events, and general economic happenings
• Assist with the development of client presentations
• Assist different committees with agendas and various action items
• Client communication

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience

• Self starter and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with internal and external clients
• Ability to come into the office on a regular basis
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
