Kids for the Future in St. Louis is seeking a Service Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for incoming calls and service requests, coordinating tasks between the service team and customers.
You will learn workflows, create work orders, update RA’s, and assist with bids and invoicing as needed. You will follow up with managers and clients by phone or email, update scheduling data in third-party systems, and help with site surveys and reporting to ensure timely, accurate service
