Account Specialist​/Order Management

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of established B2B accounts and support customers throughout the order process.

• Own and manage a portfolio of repeat customer accounts, serving as a consistent point of contact.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand individual account needs and ordering patterns.
• Process and track customer orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed customer, order and account information within CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate internally with operations, production and other teams to ensure customer requirements and timelines are met.
• Provide proactive updates, resolve issues quickly and maintain a high standard of written communication.

• Strong B2B account ownership/account management experience with repeat customers.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM, ERP or order-management system to document customer activity and track orders.
• Excellent written communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be based within commuting distance of St-Louis Missouri and able to work onsite Monday-Friday
