Location: St. Louis
ACERTUS is seeking a Client Service Coordinator I to manage orders and coordinate updates, ensuring consistent service across accounts. This role builds foundational knowledge of systems, processes, and client operations while owning small account tasks.
It collaborates with internal teams and customers to maintain communication and deliver a positive client experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm.
