As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer inquiries professionally
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing food items according to company standards and recipes
• Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
• Providing outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assisting with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines

Qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
• Food service industry knowledge is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
