Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision, ensuring all payments are handled securely and records are maintained accurately
• Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and support colleagues in achieving team goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that reflects our brand standards
• Operating ordering systems and point-of-sale technology with proficiency and attention to detail
• Assisting with various in-store tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team
• Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward mutually beneficial resolutions
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs regularly throughout your shift
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture through collaborative teamwork and transparent communication

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and ordering platforms

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
