This role specializes in content categorization, page relationships, sitemap accuracy, and functional consistency across Word Press environments.
Responsibilities Content Structuring & Site Cleanup- Use Rankings Content Helper Post Updater (RIOCH) to organize and update page structures on law firm websites

- Perform one-to-one sitemap comparisons, flag discrepancies, and ensure consistent slug structures across sites
- Use Gutenberg Blocks to convert legacy content to block-based layouts, adding TOC, FAQ, video, CTA, and badges blocks as needed
- Clean HTML when necessary, removing outdated inline styling, unneeded badges, and ensuring consistent brand presentation
- Use Bugherd to log and resolve QA feedback during development, ensuring clean typography, color consistency, spacing, and responsive functionality across devices
- Resolve on-page issues related to page layout and design
- Perform QA checks on desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring consistent cross-device performance
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure updates are implemented correctly and efficiently
- Track and report completed tasks, maintaining organized records in Click Up, Bugherd, and Google Sheets
- Flag "Needs Review" items for SEO or account team confirmation
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members, ensuring projects move forward on schedule
- Experience with Word Press (Gutenberg preferred), including working with custom post types, taxonomies, and structured page hierarchies
- Working knowledge of on-site SEO principles, including URL structure, internal linking, content hierarchy, metadata, and how site architecture impacts search performance
- Familiarity with Rankings Content Helper Post Updater (RIOCH), or willingness to learn and use structured spreadsheets and tools to manage large-scale content implementation
- Comfortable performing one-to-one sitemap comparisons and ensuring accurate URL, slug, and parent/child consistency during migrations
- Detail-obsessed — you notice structural inconsistencies others miss and take pride in clean, precise implementation
- Ability to perform QA using Bugherd or similar tools, including checks for layout consistency, accessibility best practices, and responsive behavior across devices
- Understanding of typography, spacing, and visual consistency within established brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently while following detailed SOPs and structured workflows
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but this is not a coding role
- Starting Salary $55k
- Work remotely from home
- Flexible PTO
- 401(k) with 3% employer match (Safe Harbor)
- 100% health insurance (including fully employer-funded coverage)
- Quarterly training stipend for Professional Development
