Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to contribute to a variety of design projects within the commercial sector. Our projects range from 200,000 square feet to 4 million square feet and include fully robotic and automated distribution centers, temperature-controlled facilities, and manufacturing facilities. The focus will be on tilt-up concrete, pre-cast, and insulated metal panel buildings.

Responsibilities

* Oversee and create all contract documents for assigned projects.

* Design and manage the architectural aspects of warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial projects.

* Utilize Revit for drafting and architectural design tasks.

* Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful completion of projects.

* Integrate construction documents with architectural design elements.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Revit is essential.

* Experience in tilt-up construction is required.

* Extensive experience in architectural design and drafting.

* Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively within a team.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with Autocad.

* Knowledge of interior design and mission-critical facilities is advantageous.

* Experience with data centers is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of St. Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Benefits include health, dental ,vision, a 401k with profit sharing and company contribution, bonuses based on project/company profit.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in St. Louis,MO.
