Entry Level Architect​/Interior Designer - Summer

We are searching for an Entry Level Architect or Interior Designer to join our Federal Interiors team in St. Louis, MO. In this position you will assist our team in providing clients with award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll support your team in designing various types of buildings using mainly Revit and will plan and program layouts of projects, coordinating and integrating all other discipline elements into a unified design for client review and approval.

Your team will engage you in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project. You’ll share your ability to communicate design ideas and collaborate on Federal facilities projects— including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development and construction documents—while conforming to budgets and schedules. To be successful in this position you will need exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment.

These skills will support you while you promote firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution and sustainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related major from an NAAB accredited program
• Experience with Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, InDesign and Revit
• United States Citizenship

• Masters degree in Architecture
• Familiarity with general architectural concepts
• Experience with 3D Modeling and Rendering software such as Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, etc.

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
