Position OverviewAre you an architect ready to step away from the frustrations of third-party consulting and into the seat of the owner-developer? We are seeking a high-caliber Architect / Project Architect to join our fully integrated, in-house delivery team in St. Louis. In this role, you will do more than just draft—you will influence the full lifecycle of a national portfolio. Our "all under one roof" model—uniting architecture, engineering, interiors, and construction management—allows for a level of coordination and execution speed that is rare in the AEC industry. This is an elite platform for a technical leader who wants to see their designs realized across a massive national pipeline, offering unparalleled professional stability and a direct hand in the growth of a premier hospitality brand.
