  • Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging professionals, reviewing work and supporting their growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

Approximately 5-6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead.
  • Technical Mastery:
Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g., Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and construction processes.
  • Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Collaborative, flexible work environment with a focus on quality design, technical excellence, and work–life balance.

What We're Looking For

  • Ownership: A professional ready to step into true ownership of projects.
  • Healthcare Passion: A dedicated architect with experience in healthcare environments who wants to see the full arc of a project.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a small, design-forward firm where their voice makes an impact.
