Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator with a minimum of five years of post-graduate experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, with experience in family creation, manipulation, and customization. Candidates should also have some level of construction drawing experience. A portfolio with at least three examples of files where the candidate created or manipulated a family is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is considered a bonus.
- Effectively communicate and convey information to clients, ensuring accurate documentation of actions for the team.
- Manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate projects including ground-up and remodels, with clients such as First Watch, Panera, and Tesla.
- Complete a Revit test focused on family creation and manipulation before an offer is made.
- Proficiency in Revit with experience in family creation, manipulation, and customization.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Experience in project coordination and construction document management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Experience in retail and restaurant design is a plus.
- Field survey experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Tilt-up experience is a plus.
The position is ideally located near the St. Louis market, though this is not a strict requirement. The role involves working on a combination of ground-up and remodel projects. Candidates are expected to present themselves in a professional manner when interacting with clients. The work environment encourages effective communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently.
JobType & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
