Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

The company’s team of architects and experienced construction professionals has supported more than 1,200 projects nationwide, from Florida to California. Core services include constructability and cost reviews, site inspections and progress reporting, physical and capital needs assessments, owner’s representation and project management.

• Conducting peer reviews of construction drawings
• Performing monthly jobsite inspections
• Preparing detailed reports for clients
• Traveling out of state to project locations as required

• Minimum of five years of architectural and/or construction experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to document findings and present recommendations clearly.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
