Lawrence Group is seeking an Interior Designer with 7-10 years of professional experience to join our St. Louis Healthcaren team in a full-time position. The team specializes in collaborating with clients to develop innovative, evidence-based healing environments to inspire and meet our client’s needs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the design team to develop innovative and appropriate design solutions on healthcare projects, creating overall design concepts from inception to completion, including research, planning, programming, development of project presentations for client and business development opportunities, providing finish material selection/specifications, construction document through construction administration.

This candidate will also provide mentorship and creative direction to the design team. Having multiple roles contributing as a member of a larger design team and at other times, acting as the primary design interface with clients and consultants.

• Produce complete, accurate interior construction document packages utilizing Revit and BIM 360, including:
  Interior floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans and finish schedules, interior elevations and enlarged plans, construction details, furniture plans, specifications, and documentation.
• Support and assist architectural, consultant information within BIM models while maintaining project quality and documentation standards.
• Prepare finish, furniture, and material documentation and assist with furniture planning, specification, coordination.
• Participate in quality control reviews, implement redline revisions, and maintain project documentation throughout the design and construction process.
• Support Construction Administration through RFIs, ASIs, submittal and shop drawing reviews, field observations, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
• Assist Project Managers and Senior Designers with production schedules, workload planning, project coordination, and technical problem-solving.
• Support design presentations through finish selections, renderings, and visualization materials as needed.
