Key responsibilities include teaching and mentoring residents, engaging in clinical research, and building and sustaining a high‑volume academic otorhinolaryngology practice.

Candidates must hold board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Otolaryngology and possess or be eligible for licensure to practice in Missouri.
