- Seeking experienced physicians to treat patients in local Skilled Nursing Facilities due to rapid expansion of services
- Available locations in St. Charles County, Clayton/Richmond Heights, and Alton, Illinois
- Offering flexible scheduling options and attractive compensation with benefits that include, 401K and profit-sharing
- Ideal candidates will be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics - will consider Emergency Medicine with some post-acute experience
- Opportunities to become site medical director for those who are interested in leadership
