Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Provide formal and informal behavioral health consultations to clinical teams
- Support crisis intervention and facilitate inpatient hospitalizations when needed
- Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and primary care providers
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications
- Assist patients in accessing medication assistance programs when applicable
Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and program development initiatives - Maintain productivity standards and accurate clinical documentation
- Support supervision, consultation, and quality improvement efforts as assigned
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Current DEA registration and controlled substance licensure
- Medicare and Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical psychiatry experience
- Strong experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, outpatient care setting
- Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care
- Interest in or experience serving urban and underserved populations
