The Part-Time TRIO Upward Bound Educational Advisor provides academic and college readiness support to high school participants on a part-time basis. This role supports academic-year and/or summer programming in compliance with TRIO Upward Bound grant requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
* Provide academic advising and tutoring support.
* Assist with goal setting and academic planning.
* Support college readiness and financial aid workshops.
* Input student data into the TRIO database
* Monitor attendance and student participation.
* Maintain accurate service documentation.
* Assist with events, recruitment, and student supervision.
* Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
* Experience working with students.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with TRIO or college access programs.
