Middle School Classroom Aide

St. Cecilia School and Academy is seeking a dependable and supportive Middle School Classroom Aide to assist teachers in creating a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will support students academically and behaviorally while helping maintain daily classroom routines and fostering a positive school culture.

• Assist teachers with instructional activities, including small‑group and individual student support.
• Help maintain a structured and organized classroom environment.
• Support middle school students with assignments and classroom tasks.
• Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior.
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other assigned times.
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with organizational tasks.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to support student needs.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with students.

• Experience working with middle school‑aged students preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to support a structured and respectful learning environment.
