Parent Educator (Early Childhood) - Support (Part-Time)

The Kirkwood School District Parents as Teachers is hiring a parent educator for the 2026-27 school year. Under general supervision of the program coordinator, the goal of the parent educator is to empower parents of children birth through age five through research, communication, and personal/home visits delivering developmentally appropriate child development information, conducting developmental screenings, and researching or initiating referrals to other professionals or agencies when families require additional services beyond the scope of Parents as Teachers.

This is a part-time 20 hours/week, 10-month position. Pay starts at $23.83 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
