Urban Sprouts is seeking an EC Educator to lead a Reggio Emilia–inspired classroom, designing and implementing emergent, project-based curriculum that supports inquiry-based learning. You will document children’s learning through photos, reflections, and displays while maintaining safety, routines, and collaborative relationships with families and staff.
The role reports to the Head of Pedagogy and emphasizes professional growth, teamwork, and alignment with the program’s mission and licensing
