Counseling Teacher Assistant (Middle School)
The Ladue School District seeks an enthusiastic and student-centered educator to fill this full-time teacher assistant position for the 2026-27 school year. The teacher assistant candidate will primarily support the middle school through the counseling team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with building counselors and other staff to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive school climate. They will provide academic, social, and emotional support for students, utilizing skills in problem-solving and potentially MTSS or restorative practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children/students required
- Preference given to candidates with an active Missouri Teacher Certification or actively pursuing a Teacher Certification
- Substitute Missouri Teacher Certification (minimum) required
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly range is $18.78 - $20.66. The hourly rate will depend on education, certification, and experience.
