You will work with teachers to strengthen curriculum implementation, data-driven instruction, and classroom practices aligned to KIPP St.
Louis standards. Reporting to school leadership, you will design individualized coaching cycles, model effective instruction, and support data analysis to drive continuous improvement in teaching
