  • Ambition & a desire to grow everyday based on data & feedback

The Leadership Difference

To provide students with the best possible learning environment, TLS must attract, develop, and retain high‑quality teachers and leaders. Our innovative staff model is designed to create a supportive, motivating, and sustainable environment for all staff. In order to build a sustainable work environment, TLS will provide ongoing coaching and development, dedicated time for content teams to collaborate and flexibility in the hours a teacher and leaders spend on campus.

This will help ensure teachers feel supported and will prevent teacher burnout.
