Qualifications: Requires valid Missouri Teaching Certificate. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

• Develop lesson plans using evidence-based academic and behavior interventions.
• Utilize interventions to support students in all curriculum areas.
• Provide academic and behavioral supports to students in grades K‑5 as identified by building leadership in conjunction with classroom teachers.
• Use high‑yield instructional techniques and materials appropriate for the age and skill level of students.
• Supplement core instruction through one‑on‑one instruction, small group instruction, and co‑teaching as prescribed by building leadership in conjunction with classroom teachers.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze growth of supported students.
• Document and share all student progress and use of instructional supports with classroom teachers.
• Participate in grade level and building level meetings as requested.
• Set personalized academic and/or behavior goals with students receiving intervention.
• Participate in professional development sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
