Pay: $24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Your Role:

As an Instructor of Cosmetology, you consistently deliver interactive classroom and clinic instruction rooted in the Paul Mitchell curriculum while helping students confidently progress toward graduation and licensure. You mentor future professionals through technical instruction, professional readiness, and personal development, regularly assessing growth and offering constructive feedback. You maintain a respectful clinic environment and ensure institutional and state board standards are upheld at all times.

Be Our New Instructor of Cosmetology:

• Missouri Cosmetology license
• Missouri Instructor license or willingness to obtain
• Professional salon experience with verifiable references
• A passion for mentoring and education
• Verification of licenses and credentials
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
