Technical Learning Designer and Facilitator

Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator Turn complicated systems into learning that makes sense.

Ever True is looking for a Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator who can take complex systems and processes and explain them in a way that is clear, practical, and easy for adult learners to understand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both building great training and delivering it
. You’ll design engaging learning experiences, lead training for employees and leaders, and help teams successfully adopt technology and new processes.

• Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training
• Translate complex systems and processes into simple, learner-friendly training
• Develop training for systems including UKG and Workday
• Create job aids, guides, microlearning, and other practical resources
• Facilitate onboarding, system training, and professional development programs
• Partner with HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and other teams on training and system rollouts
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
• 4+ years of instructional design, technical training, or learning facilitation experience
• Hands-on experience with UKG and Workday strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to take technical information and break it down into plain language
• Confident, engaging facilitator who can connect with a variety of audiences
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
